POWER OUTLET LOCATION CONSIDERATIONS - Written by John Swiatek

Forward mount - This would include locations on or near the handlebars. This location is useful for radar detectors, GPS units, music players, camcorders & cell phone charging. Radar detectors & GPS units need special consideration so that their power cords do not become tangled in the handlebars.

**CAUTION**
This is by far the most dangerous position. Extreme care must be taken so the cord does not interfere with the operation of turning the motorcycle under any circumstances. Failure to do this may cause injury or even death.

Mid mount - This would include locations under or next to the gas tank, or near where the gas tank meets the driver's seat. This location is useful for a drivers heated vest, GPS unit, camcorder, music players, cell phone charging and/or battery charging.

Rear Mount - Locations behind the driver - This location is useful for a drivers heated vest, a passenger's heated vest, cell phone charging and/or battery charging.
